Yerwa Alumni Associations Urges Fairness For Magu

The school mates to Suspended EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu in Yerwa Practise Primary School, Maiduguri, have lauded President Muhammadu Buhari for setting up a committee to review the findings of Justice Salami-led panel on Magu.

Magu was suspended in July over alleged mismanagement of recovered assets, insubordination and abuse of office.

The schoolmates who address a World Press Conference in Maiduguri on Friday under the auspices of Yerwa Primary School.

Alumni Associations said the step taken by Mr President was in the right direction.

They are happy that the president has taken good step by setting up a committee to review the findings of the Salami-led panel.

The members urged President Buhari to take an informed decision over the matter.

The alumni spokesman, Alhaji Alhassan Sultan urged for fairness to Magu who they described as good ambassador of the school whose motor is “Honesty is the best policy”.
