A socio political group Rescue Nigeria is calling on former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to accept thier plea and come out to contest for the presidency in 2023.
This call was contained in a release made available to Newsmen in Abuja by the convener and national coordinator Atiku Rescue Nigeria Honorable Aminu Bala.
He enumerated numerous challenges facing the nation which includes high cost of living, increasing banditary and kidnapping, high exchange rate against foreign currency and unemployment as the Achilles heel of the Buhari administration which requires an experienced politician like Atiku Abubakar to rescue the nation at this critical moment.
The group also knock the continous borrowing plan by the federal government saying “Nigeria today has a mountain of debt that has become unsustainable despite the posturing of our current leaders that have elevated lies to state policy”.
In his closing remarks, Honorable Aminu Bala however appealed to the delegates of the People Democratic Party PDP to trust in Atiku Abubakar by giving him thier mandate as they see him as a man with a vision, capacity, and experience with a national spread to defeat any opponent that will be fielded by any party in 2023.
