Nigeria: WAYMA Trained Over 2,000 Women And Youths Various Skills In Adamawa

Organization of Women and Youth Multipurpose Alliance WAYMA Adamawa state chapter established in 2016 has so far trained over 2,000 women and youths in various skills acquisition.

President of the organization in Adamawa, Comrade Garba K. Hassan disclosed this in an interview saying the organization was set up to reduce idleness among youths.

The president revealed that beside the zonal offices in Yola, Ganye and Mubi, plans are underway to open offices in all the 21 local government areas in the state so that youths who form the bulk of the society can register with the organization.

He called on youths to take the advice of President Buhari who urged youths to either form legitimate organization or register with one so as to be self-reliant.
