By Ali Mohammed Zanna, Maiduguri

The Citizens Initiative for Security Awareness CISA has said that most of the international foreign Non-Governmental Organizations NGOs operating in the North East have hardly impacted the lives of citizens of the region, positively.

Chidi Omeje, National Coordinator of CISA, disclosed this at a press briefing tagged, Time to Call Amnesty International to Order saying that the presence of foreign NGOs have not translated into a significant ease of life for the traumatized N/East citizens.

According to Omeje, Amnesty International has not left any discerning mind in doubt as to its determination to deliberately discredit the Nigerian military in the fight against insurgency and terrorism in the N/East of the country.
