
The Bauchi State Branch of All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools, Northeast Nigeria has cautioned its members against involving in any forms of Examination malpractice.
The State President of the Association, Dr Musa Mudi Jahun made the appeal at the General Meeting of the Association held at General Hassan Usman Katsina Unity College Bauchi.
Dr. Mudi Jahun said the appeal became necessary as currently Secondary Schools were conducting different examinations, and urged them to be good ambassadors of the Association.
The State President explained that the meeting is part of efforts to look into the possibility of addressing some of the challenges militating against the smooth operation of Secondary Schools in the state.
In a remark, the Patron of the Association, who is the Chairman Special Schools Management Board, Alhaji Yakubu Ibrahim Hamza commended the state branch of the association for its partnership with Educational Institutions aimed at improving the sector.
Representatives of NECO and JAMB, while speaking called on members of the Association to join hands with them to finding lasting solutions to the challenges usually encountered during examinations.
The examination bodies attributed the challenges faced during this year’s examinations to the earlier postponement of the sheduled general elections in the country.
