The General Officer Commanding 7 division of Nigeria army Brigadier general Abdulmalik Bulama Biu has again urged his troops to be proactive and display the use of military tactics in the discharge of their duties while combating Boko Haram terrorism.
General Biu who was addressing newly inducted troops shortly before their deployment to the frontline said their deployment came at a time when the terrorist have been degreases
He said they must be profession and abide by the rules of engagement in the conduct of their operation and charged them to be tactical and decisive.
While commending the troops for their team spirit, doggedness and boldness in combating terrorism the GOC said their rotation is in line with the directive by the army chief that troops in the frontline be redeployed after a certain period .
