The Emir of Muri Alhaji Abbas Njidda Tafida has appealed to youths in Taraba State and the country at large to return looted items and shun violence while lamenting destructions of public and private properties in Jalingo, Taraba State Capital and other cities across the country.
He urged youths to stop joining bandwagons and be careful from actions at this time around.
While Briefing news men in his palace, Tafida noted that youths should be very careful not to act in a manner that they will end up serving other people’s agenda and harming themselves without knowing it.
The Emir called on the Taraba State Governor to double on the good efforts he is already making to make sure the youths are supported to get profitable employment in areas that will give them all the necessary opportunities for their progress in the future.
