The high court sitting in Makurdi, Benue State has on Wednesday convicted and sentenced two suspects standing trial in the kidnapping & murder of Rev Fr John Adeyi, former Vical General of Otukpo Catholic Diocese.
The suspects arraigned before the court by DCP Abba Kyari whose investigations have proven the culprits. The victim’s family applauded the judgments and thanked DCP Abba Kyari whose efforts brought the issue to justice and that will save many lives in the country.
DCP Abba Kyari arrested all the suspects after serious manhunt operations across the three states of Bauchi, Enugu & Benue. Abba Kyari is in charge of Intelligent Respond Unit has arrested many suspected kidnappers including Boko Haram Terrorists kingpin in the country.
