Nigeria: Adamawa Chapter Of Almajiri Child Right Initiative Will Send 500 Almajiri’s To School

The Almajiri Child Right Initiative Adamawa state chapter will send 500 Almajiri children to Community Learning Almajiri School CLAS for them to acquire both secular and religious type of education taught within their community.

The State Secretary of the Initiative Ismail BubaChukkol disclosed this recently in Yola, and added that the organization will also provide medical outreach, food, shoes, clothes and toiletries to the Almajiris.

He also said the organization will launchAlmacarewhich will provide and encourage free Healthcare support for sick Almajiri children within the community.

He added that addressing the Almajiri crisis within the framework of Almajiri Child Goals will ensure holistic and more sustainable solutions and not charity like interventions that shrug off real government responsibility to the poor.

However, fourteen states including Adamawa and United Kingdom have signed demand for the increased Investment in Education for all Nigerian girls and Almajiri children.
