The Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists Nuj Borno State Council Comrade Dauda Iliya on behalf of the working journalists in the state felicitate with Muslim Ummah on this year’s Maulid Nabiyyu Sallah celebration.
Comade Dauda stated this in a statement signed and made available by the council secretary Mr.Chirom Ali Ibrahim in Yarwa town today.
The statement says the NUJ leadership enjoined all celebrants to reflect and imbibe the virtues of good neighborliness and peaceful coexistence for a better society.
Nuj once again reminds all and sundry to collectively work towards making our state great again and to always pray for the success of our leaders and support them accordingly for collective good of all.
Comrade Dauda Iliya further stated that the union enjoined the good people of Borno State to continue to support the security agencies by adequately giving out useful information in sustaining the relative peace currently being enjoyed in the state.
