In its effort to decongest traffic density within Maiduguri Metropolis, the Borno State government under the leadership of Governor Prof. Engr Babagana Umara Zulum signed a contract agreement for the construction of Underground Pedestrian passage at Gamboru Market Junction along Sir Kashim Ibrahim Way.
The contract was awarded to Dan Nene Construction, Transportation and Services today Wednesday.
in his remarks while singing the contract on behalf of the state government, commissioner, Ministry of works Arc Isa Garba Halidu alongside with the permanent secretary of the ministry Eng. Ali Goni Lawan have urged the contractor to strictly adhere the project specifications and complete the project within four months.
