Borno Govt To Partner NIPC On Investments Opportunities, Job Creation

The Nigerian Investment Promotion Council has signed a memorandum of understanding with Borno state government in order to attract investment opportunities for the timid youths in the state.
This was contains in a released signed by the Isa Gusau the special adviser on media, public relation and strategies to the Borno state Governor.
The statement further emphasized that Governo Babagana Umara Zulum said this while paying a courtesy visit the headquarters of the commission in Abuja recently.

The governor explained that Borno’s geographical location bordering three countries have placed the State at very high investment competitiveness index which provide market for products easily.

Zulum says that attracting more investors entails generating employment opportunities to the teeming youth devastated by the over decade long insurgency.

Adding that state Government has invested heavily on vocational skills training in different trades which produce enough local manpower that investors can explore.
