National association of charcoal producer, dealers, Exporters and afforestation of Nigeria Borno state chapter in Conjunction with Borno charcoal dealers/sellers and Kerosene retailers association congratulate Governor Babagana Umara Zulum on his recent national honor award of Commander of Order of Niger (CON) and other Borno state indigenes conferred by President Muhammed Buhari.
