BOCCIMA Lauds Zulums Policy Of Relocating IDPs Back To Their Communities

The Borno Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture has commended the contributions of President Muhammadu Buhari, the military, other security agencies and men of the Civilian Joint Task Force to the maintenance of peace in the North East.

Speaking at an interactive session on Tuesday with the organised private sector in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, the sole administrator of BOCCIMA, Ahmed Ashemi said the dedication of the president, sacrifices of the Nigerian military, other security agencies and men of the Civilian Joint Task Force in the fight against Boko Haram terrorists, has led to the relative peace in Borno state and the entire North East.

He described the recent launch of Bornos 25-Year Development Framework and 10-Year Strategic Transformation Plan by Governor Babagana Zulum, as characteristics of selfless service from a leader to his people and future generation.

He said the initiative is a manifestation of good governance, love and passion, Zulums APC- led administration has for the people of Borno state.

He lauded Zulums policy to relocate all the internally displaced persons back to their ancestral homes by May 2021.
