Badairi Files To Appeal Court Seeking Mandate Of PDP Leadership In Borno

The Party Chairman PDP Borno State Alhaji Usman Mahdi Badairi says he has filed and Appeal at the appeal Court to continue seeking the mandate of PDP Borno State upon the judgement delivered last week in favour of the other faction of the Party led by group of individuals.

Badairi stated this during an interactive session with our reporter in Yarwa Town today.
He says that the party has successfully filed the appealed before the Court of Appeal which has both appellate and supervisory jurisdictions on the matter.

The PDP Boss further explained that he has taken the decision base on the series of consultation with his team of Lawyers, the 27 local government Party Chairmen and the 30 PDP State Executives at the state level.

On the peace, stability and development of the state The state PDP chairman Usman Mahdi Baderi called on the good people and his supporters across Borno state to continue to remains calm and continue their loyalty to the PDP at all times.

Stressing that they should wait for the decision and verdict of Court on the matter that has been already presented before it.

Alhaji Usman Mahdi Badairi further explained that they’re among the founding fathers of PDP in Borno State and have never left the Party for a day, also reiterated they will remain in the Party and make it stronger to succeed for peace, stability in Borno state continue to reign.

He then prayed for peace and development of all people of Borno state.
