The Taraba State Chapter of All Progressives Congress APC home-based Stakeholders and Contestants Forum has distanced itself from what it called Kangaroo Congress.
Briefing newsmen on Monday in Jalingo, the Secretary of the Forum, Hon. Sani Abdullahi Tullu said that the whole process was null and void as it floats the constitution of the APC as well as electoral guidelines in the sane society.
According to him, they have resolved more than ever to before to fight what they called glaring injustice to whatever level to reposition the party to reclaim its lost glory in Taraba and inject fresh air into the suffering citizens of the state.
He said APC members in Taraba State should rise to the challenge and wake up from their slumber to cease the party from the stranglehold of usurpers who are bent on foisting themselves on the party at all cost.
He informed that as law-abiding citizens, the forum would do everything possible to respect the orders of the court to deepen democracy and ensure the attainment of organizational objectives and the ideals of the party, particularly, promoting internal democracy, rule of law, and supremacy of APC in the state.
