Adamawa state government will soon commence the reconstruction and renovation of dilapidated courts across the state in order to ensure quick dispensation of justice, enhance service delivery and to provide conducive working environment for judicial staff.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri disclosed this while declaring open two days training for state counsels and investigators in various Government agencies in Adamawa State.
Represented by the Chief of Staff Government House Yola, Prof. Maxwell Gidado, Fintiri said government is committed to support the justice system of Adamawa State administration of Criminal Justice Law, 2018 and electronic evidence.
Fintiri noted that the workshop is apt with the increase in crime and criminality in the society, and stressed the need for counsels and investigators to update their knowledge and skills through seminars and workshops.
He commended the organizers of the training, and called on citizens to support his administration, tolerate and live in peace with one another.
